Why participate in Competitions?
Competitions are a great way for students to practically utilise what they are learning in class. Competitions are a great avenue for students to practice their oral and trial advocacy, as well as gain valuable experience working with clients and witnesses.
Competitions are run in a safe and supportive environment. Students are provided with practical feedback from volunteer judges, who consists of practitioners, faculty, and senior students. Students also have the opportunity to attend the sponsoring firm’s offices for the grand final rounds, which facilitates networking and is an insightful experience!
Please contact the Competitions Team at comps.team@msls.asn.au with any issues.
