March Minutes 2022

The March meeting was held on 2021, 7 March at 6:30pm in The HSF. It was chaired by Andre Hoogenboezem and minuted by Tanya Brits. The minutes were approved at the 4 April 2022 meeting. The topics noted in the minutes are:

February Minutes 2022

We had two committee meetings in February held on 2022, 6th and 14th February at the HSF and online respectively. It was chaired by Andre Hoogenboezem and minuted by Tanya Brits. The minutes were approved at the 7 March 2022 meeting.

The meeting on the 6th was regarding: 

- voting for a ball venue;

- Connection Day organisation;

- WAJA Collaboration;

- Cafe Upgrades and Coffee Machine Expenditure authorisation

- ALSA;- opening nominations for new committee members.

The meeting on the 14th was regarding:

- committee approval for Andre, Olivia and Tanya to gain access to the bank accounts.
